Fat-Burning Cardio Workout

Fat-Burning Cardio Workout is a 10 minute full body-sculpting cardio workout that features high intensity interval training to incinerate calories, build muscle and increase power and from head to toe. Turn up the heat as you work several major muscle groups simultaneously to boost metabolism, challenge the core and fatigue the arms, shoulders, chest, legs, glutes, back and abs! This workout deliver maximum results with result-driven moves like cycling or running in place, kettlebell swings, man makers and more! Become your best and develop rock-hard definition on the go. You will need a Yoga Mat, a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells, a stationary bike/treadmill/ or rower, a bottle of water and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, weight, form and rest periods. Don’t forget to hydrate yourself during your breaks.

A set consists of Bike, Kettlebell Swings and finally Man Makers.

Bike (60 Seconds)

It increase your heart rate by jumping on a bike, treadmill or rower or jogging on the spot, maintaining steady pace.

Kettlebell Swings (60 Seconds)

Feet shoulder width apart, and a slight bend in the knees. dip into a slight squat as you swing the kettlebell or dumbbell back between your legs. Use the momentum and hip thrust to swing the bell directly overhead. As you extend arms and legs, reverse and continue.

Man Makers (60 Seconds)

Squat down and plant the dumbbells next to your feet. Kick your feet back into a push up position. Perform a push up. Alternate lifting the dumbbells to your chest in a rolling motion. Then kick your feet forward into a squat. Stand up and perform a thruster.
